Colorthesia was the first solo release under Big Gorilla Games. Originally released on iOS on February 6th, 2015 after a successful Kickstarter campaign, Colorthesia has since been taken down to adjust some of the under the hood stuff to flow more smoothly. The new anticipated re-release is scheduled for Q3 2016.   This little game came from an idea started from classroom discussions in undergrad about who was best at choosing colors and who had the best eye for it. Eventually it became apparent that a person's ability to judge color can fade over time and that something like colorblindness isn't as concrete as I originally thought. For the answer portion of the game, I made a sliding scale of percentages that skew based on how colorblindness can possibly affect the eyes as well as some tricky combinations to test color acuity.
